WARNING: SkyIntel data must NOT be used for real-world navigation, air traffic control, or safety-critical operations.
To access advanced features (including the SkyLord AI Assistant), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Usage of the SkyLord AI Assistant is subject to fair use limits to prevent abuse. Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or bypassing rate limits is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. SkyIntel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight data, radar positions, or AI-generated insights.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
